1. Send rental request
Fill out the form on this website. You will then receive a confirmation email and an email with a payment link for your desired rental period.
2. Pay for rental period
Pay your order. As soon as we receive your payment, you will get a confirmation and your pack will be shipped.
3. Receive delivery
You will receive an email with the tracking number of your package and you will always be informed when your holoride retrofit pack will arrive.

What is the price scale?
One month: 49€
Two months: 39€ per month, you will be charged 78€ in total
Three months: 19€ per month, you will be charged 57€ in total.
How does renting a holoride retrofit pack work?

Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay for shipping and return shipping?
Shipping is included and for return shipping you will receive a shipping label when the time comes.
How does the return shipping work?
7 days before the end of your rental period you will receive a return label. It is best to stow the packaging of your retrofit pack, then the return shipment is especially easy.
Feedback
Why am I being asked for feedback?
Our rental program is brand new! Therefore it is very important for us to learn about your experience and to improve. You can choose between different forms of feedback. A quick online survey, or a direct interview with the holoride team.
What if something of the pack breaks?
We've got your back! The best way is to inform us directly and support@holoride.com. Small damages are covered. In case of larger damages we will investigate what exactly is affected and find a solution with you.
